Company
We build the dialer we always wanted to run.
DialB exists because outbound teams deserve better than duct-taping five vendors together and hoping their numbers stay clean.
Our story
Outbound changed. Dialers didn’t.
So we built a modern one — from the answer rate backward.
For a decade, the dialer industry sold one thing: speed. More lines, more dials, more voicemails-per-hour. Meanwhile the actual game changed underneath it — carriers started labeling numbers, phones started screening calls, and consumers stopped answering anything they didn’t recognize. Dialing faster into that world just burns lists and burns numbers faster.
DialB was built for the world as it is now. We started from a simple observation: the hard problem in outbound is no longer making the call — it’s getting answered. That means healthy caller IDs, honest answering machine detection, pacing that doesn’t trip abandonment limits, compliance enforced at dial time, and AI doing the thousand small optimizations no human admin can keep up with.
We’re a team of builders who have spent years around call floors, telephony, and the software that runs them — close enough to know exactly where the existing tools fall short, and stubborn enough to rebuild the whole stack around the metric that pays everyone’s bills: the answer rate.
Our mission
Every call answered.
Answered because the number is trusted. Answered because the timing is right. Answered because the call is wanted, legal, and worth the recipient’s time. Outbound works best when it respects both the business making the call and the person picking it up — that’s the outbound we’re building for.
What we believe
Three principles shape every release.
Careers
Want to work on the answer rate?
We’re a small team taking on an industry of incumbents, and we hire people who like that math. A careers page with open roles is coming — until then, introduce yourself at careers@dialb.com.
