How pricing works

Seats
A flat per-seat rate for every logged-in agent, with the full platform included. Add seats when you hire; scale down when the season ends.
Usage
Telephony is metered honestly: minutes and numbers at the rates printed on your quote. High-volume floors get volume pricing — in writing, up front.
That’s it
No per-feature upcharges, no “reputation tier,” no paying extra for AMD. If a capability decides your answer rate, it’s already in your plan.

Why isn't pricing listed on this page?
Because honest dialer pricing depends on real variables: seats, calling volume, number strategy and compliance needs. A one-size number would either overcharge small teams or hide fees from big ones. Tell us your team size and use case, and we'll give you a complete, line-item quote — typically the same business day.
How is pricing structured?
Per seat, plus usage. Seats cover the platform — dialing, AMD, spam detection, compliance, AI and analytics. Usage covers telephony: minutes and phone numbers at transparent rates on your quote. No feature tiers, no gated 'premium' capabilities.
Are there setup fees or minimum seat counts?
Both depend on your team size and provisioning scope — your quote will state both clearly before you sign anything.
What do phone numbers cost?
Numbers are billed at cost-transparent per-DID rates and included in your quote. Because DialB manages rotation and rest cycles, we'll also recommend the right pool size for your volume, so you're not guessing.
Is AMD or spam detection extra?
No. Answering machine detection, spam detection and DID scoring, the compliance toolkit and analytics are included in every plan. We don't hold your answer rate for ransom.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Contract terms are part of your quote and depend on team size and provisioning scope. We'll put every term in writing before you commit.
How fast can we go live?
