Draft — review by counsel before publication.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DialB, Inc. (“DialB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use the DialB platform (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and demo requests. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the information you submit: name, work email, company, phone number, team size, industry, and anything you include in your message.
  • Account information. If your organization becomes a customer, we collect the information needed to create and administer accounts, such as names, email addresses, roles, and billing details.
  • Communications. Records of your correspondence with us, including support requests.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data. When you visit our website we may collect standard log information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookies section below.

Customer service data

When customers use the DialB platform, they may upload or generate data such as contact lists, call recordings, dispositions, and related records (“Customer Service Data”). DialB processes Customer Service Data on behalf of and at the direction of the customer, under the agreement between DialB and that customer. If your information appears in a customer’s Customer Service Data, please direct requests to that customer; we will support them in responding as required.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
  • To respond to demo requests, sales inquiries, and support requests.
  • To administer accounts, billing, and contracts.
  • To send administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
  • To monitor, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, communications, analytics, and payment processing) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
  • For legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DialB, our customers, or others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.
  • With your direction or consent, for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses only the cookies and local-storage entries needed for it to function — for example, remembering your light/dark theme preference. We do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the marketing site.

5. Data retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we process, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Receive a portable copy of your personal information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law, including the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA where they apply.

7. Children’s privacy

The Services are business tools intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where required.
