Analytics

Know what’s working. Fix what isn’t. Before the day ends.

Real-time wallboards, historical reporting, and ML insights that tell you which lists, scripts, numbers, and hours actually produce revenue — while there's still time to act on it.

Real-time wallboards

The floor, at a glance, as it happens.

Managers shouldn't discover a bad morning in tomorrow's report. Live wallboards put connects, queue state, abandonment budget, and campaign pace on the wall — with alerts when anything drifts off plan.

  • Live KPIs per campaign, team, and agent — configurable per screen
  • Abandonment tracked against your budget in real time, not after the fact
  • Threshold alerts route to the right manager the moment a metric breaks

Historical reporting

Every question your Monday meeting asks, pre-answered.

Campaign, list, agent, and number performance over any window — sliced the way operators actually think.

Campaign & list ROI

Connects, conversations, and conversions per list and per lead source — so you know which vendors earn their invoice.

Agent performance

Talk time, dispositions, conversion, and wrap-up per agent — leaderboards for the floor, coaching signals for the 1:1.

Number & DID reporting

Answer rates by caller ID, area code, and carrier — the reputation story behind your contact rates, in numbers.

Exports & delivery

Scheduled reports to inboxes, clean exports for your BI stack, and data access when your analysts want raw material.

ML insights

Dashboards show. Models explain.

DialB's models watch every dial, disposition, and outcome — surfacing the anomalies worth your attention and the drivers worth your budget, in plain language.

  • Anomaly alerts: a sudden answer-rate drop on one number is an early spam warning — caught the hour it starts
  • Conversion drivers ranked by evidence: hours, lists, scripts, and agents that actually move outcomes
  • Best-time-to-call learned per segment and fed straight back into retry timing
How anomaly alerts protect your numbers

The loop

Insight is only worth what it changes.

Analytics in DialB isn't a separate product bolted on the side — findings flow back into how the platform dials.

  1. 1

    Measure

Every dial, answer, disposition, and outcome captured as it happens.

  2. 2

    Detect

Models flag anomalies and rank the factors driving results.

  3. 3

    Decide

Managers act on findings — or let AI Campaign Management act inside their guardrails.

  4. 4

    Improve

Pacing, retries, lists, and caller IDs adjust — and the next hour dials smarter.

FAQ

Outbound analytics, answered.

What's the difference between dashboards and ML insights?

Dashboards show you what happened; you still have to notice, diagnose, and decide. ML insights do the noticing for you — flagging anomalies as they emerge, ranking the factors that actually drive conversions, and pointing at the list, hour, script, or number behind a change. You get answers, not just charts.

Can managers see the floor in real time?

Yes. Live wallboards show agents on calls, queue state, connect rates, abandonment against budget, and campaign pace as it happens — on the office TV, a laptop, or a phone. Thresholds can trigger alerts so a bad hour gets caught in that hour.

Can I measure which lead vendors are worth the money?

That's one of the first reports most customers build. Lead-source reporting ties cost and volume to connects, qualified conversations, and conversions per vendor and per list — so renewal conversations with your lead vendors happen with numbers on the table.

Can I export data to my own tools?

Yes — reports export cleanly, and data can flow to your own reporting stack. Your data is yours; DialB's job is to make it useful, not to hold it hostage.
